Dealing With HCG Safely

Dieters who decide to opt for HCG often ask questions related to the safety of the product. Many dietary supplements that offer extreme results can come hand in hand with extreme side effects that aren’t worth the positive they dish out. That’s just not the case with HCG.

HCG in a general sense is very safe. There are no safety issues. HCG is a natural substance found in the human body; it can even be found in healthy, pregnant women at high levels without producing unwanted side effects. And for the HCG diet program the substance is limited to such a negligible amount that it results in zero side effects.

Some wonder about the safety of HCG specifically for men. Again, it is absolutely safe. Male or Female makes no difference. It is found in the human tissue, regardless of sex. It is actually a diet that offers men a much higher weight loss average than the typical woman.

Dieters sometimes wonder about the effects that could result from mixing HCG with other, necessary medications. These dieters are assured that the HCG doesn’t have any interacting capabilities. It does not disrupt the effectiveness of any other medication and combining it with other medications does not result in negative side effects.

Pregnant women should not attempt to navigate the HCG diet. Although the HCG is not harmful to pregnant women, they should not attempt to limit their caloric intake as intensely as is expected while on the HCG program. If a dieter on the program realizes they’re pregnant, they should stop using the program right away.

HCG offers extreme weight loss with no side effects. Other methods that offer similar, extreme results come hand in hand with extreme side effects. So making your choice HCG is a smart one that will benefit your body today and for years to come.

Acne Problems

Acne is one of the most common skin problems afflicting the human race and it affects people irrespective of age, caste, colour or gender. Acne is a tremendously embarrassing and troublesome problem, because it is so obvious and off-putting. Acne can be defined as red eruptions on the skin, sometimes filled with a white substance, causing itchiness and pain. The most common form of acne is called acne vulgaris or puberty spots.

Acne vulgaris can be defined as: an inflammatory disease of the skin, caused by changes in the pilosebaceous units (skin structures consisting of a hair follicle and its associated sebaceous gland) . Acne lesions are commonly referred to as pimples, spots or zits – [source: Wikipedia]. It is a problem over which we do not have complete control. There are different ways to treat acne; one can go for medication from a skin specialist or one can also try home or natural remedies.

Home treatments are less time consuming, less costly and have no side effects. However, they do take a bit more patience, because certain routines have to be followed rigorously in order to get rid of the problem for good. A natural cure for acne is just as effective as medication. Here are a few home cures to eradicate your acne. To start with, your daily consumption of water ought to be a minimum of eight to ten glasses. This helps you to detoxify your body and destroy the harmful bacteria that cause acne.

An over-balance of oily food also leads to acne, therefore fried, oily and spicy food should be religiously avoided. A near complete abstinence of fried and fatty food will have a marked, beneficial effect on any acne outbreak. Moreover, if you eat more chromium and zinc in your diet, it will help to eradicate acne. There has to be the correct balance of diet and skin care.

A mixture of nutmeg powder with unboiled milk regularly applied on the affected area also helps to cure acne. Cinnamon powder mixed with honey is equally effective in treating. Boiled Neem tree leaves applied to acne acts as a disinfectant. ['Neem': A tall, usually evergreen East Indian tree (Azadirachta indica) widely cultivated in tropical Asia for its timber, resin, bitter bark, and aromatic seed oil, which is used medicinally and as an insecticide (source = 'Free Online Dictionary')].

The infected area must be washed with special anti-acne soap a minimum of three or four times a day. Make-up must be religiously avoided when afflicted by acne. Make-up makes acne worse. Acne must never be squeezed as it may cause infection or / and make it worse. Squeezing your acne can also lead to permanent scars on your skin, which results in your skin looking rough. Avoid letting your hair fall onto the acne-infected area either.

Your hair should be kept tied back to prevent touching the acne. Pillow cases should be washed on a daily basis to prevent the germ spreading. The regular cleansing of your skin should be done to keep it free from bacteria. Apart from this, a healthy lifestyle should be followed with a balanced diet, exercise and sleep. Remember, if you take good care of yourself, illnesses will have less chance of affecting you, especially such a small thing as acne!

A Sample Diet Plan on HCG

Eat well and lose weight! Nice philosophy, right? Well…with HCG it’s a finally a reality. And if you’re careful with how you incorporate your foods you won’t even feel deprived.

Try this sample diet plan:

Day 1:

For breakfast just stick to the tea of your choice. But feel free to experiment with various Stevia flavors to get it just the way you like it. At lunch time go ahead and have a bit of low fat cottage cheese and an appropriate amount of an approved fruit (we suggest strawberries). You should also have 2 Melba Toasts with the meal. You can either have your Melba Toasts plain or you can have them with sugarless salsa. The salsa will count as your vegetable. If you choose not to incorporate the salsa at lunch time you can save the vegetable to have a mid afternoon snack of salted English cucumbers. At dinner time have grilled chicken. Make sure your seasonings are carb free. With you chicken prepare some steamed cabbage. This time save your 2 Melba Toasts until the end and make them into a fabulous dessert by dropping a few drops of Vanilla Stevia on them and adding strawberries to the mix. Yum!

Day 2:

Have half a grapefruit for breakfast (you can always sweeten your grapefruit with Stevia; it has an added bonus of being an appetite suppressant). For lunch have grilled chicken mixed with grilled veggies. Crunch up your Melba Toasts and add them to the chicken/veggies. Place the mixture inside a fresh lettuce leaf and you’ve got yourself a fabulous HCG appropriate lettuce wrap. Have an apple mid afternoon. For dinner you get to have fish (we suggest grilled with lemon pepper seasonings), another half grapefruit and some asparagus. You can eat it steamed, but you might want to try roasting it in the oven. And as always…don’t forget to grab two Melba Toasts as your starch.

Day 3:

Herbal tea combined with an apple makes a great breakfast. Right after breakfast you’ll start preparing your dinner. Put a very lean roast in the crockpot so it has all day to cook slowly. With your roast you’ll put onions and celery and your choice of appropriate seasonings (check your HCG Diet Direct Shopping Guide for specifics). Lunch will be fabulous and spicy chili. Pull the recipe from your HCG cookbook. It’s a favorite. Add a little extra chili powder if you like it REALLY spicy. Eat it in combination with your Melba Toasts. It’s a very filling meal. At dinner time your roast will be perfect. Enjoy it. After dinner have a warm cinnamon apple for dessert.

Planning your meals thoroughly and keeping them simple makes sticking to the required meal plan easy. Discover a few recipes that you love and stick to them. The diet is short so you don’t have to feel like you’re limiting yourself for an extended period of time. So make sure you find a few things that make you feel full, a few things that make you feel absolutely indulged…and you’ll find it easier than you expect to successfully drop your extra weight with HCG.

Colon Cleanse Benefits Will Change Your Life!

It’s Not Your Fault Your Diet Isn’t Working! By participating in the many diet gimmicks you hear about, you are only fighting the symptoms (not to mention, making the diet companies FILTHY RICH). But guess what…these symptoms will NEVER go away until you face the problem directly!

If you haven’t heard of detoxification, it’s because the diet industry doesn’t want you to – the more people that know about this, the healthier they are, and the less money the industry makes! I am here to inform you of only some of the many colon cleanse benefits

Remove Toxins and Poisons From Your Body – This is the main purpose of a colon cleanse. Over time, waste builds up in your digestive track (your large intestines and colon) that your body is unable to eliminate. This polluted build-up is the ideal environment for dangerous parasites to breed in. Also, toxins form, eventually absorbing through the intestine walls and entering your blood stream, poisoning your entire body.

Increase Your Energy Levels – All of the toxic build-up is weighing you down, literally! If your digestive system is clogged, think about how much work and energy your body goes through just to pass one meal! It takes approximately 24 hours to completely digest a meal, and since you probably eat at least three meals a day, your body is constantly putting the majority of its energy towards digestion.

Flatten Your Tummy – I can personally attest to this colon cleanse benefit. I struggled with belly fat for years before hearing about the real solution. Amazingly, I found literally pounds of junk that had been backing up my intestines and colon!

Boost Your Immune System – Your body’s immune system is the first line of defense against infections and diseases. If your body has a weak immune system you will be more prone to infection. The immune system is made up of a vast system of lymphatic channels and lymph nodes. Cleansing your body and colon is a natural way to remove unwanted toxins and heavy metals from lymphatic system, improving your overall immune system.

Enhance Mental Alertness – Not only will your energy levels increase, but so will your mental alertness. This one is a no-brainer. If you aren’t exhausted all day, you will able to think clearly.

Diminish IBS and Other Digestive Problems – Once your colon is rejuvenated, health will be restored, and it will function normally. Say goodbye to your digestion problems…they will be a thing of the past!

We just reviewed 5 categories ranging from warranty to features to ergonomics. How does the Sanyo HEC-DR7700K Based on the 5 categories the total score for the Sanyo HEC-DR7700K is a 85/100. The Sanyo HEC-DR7700K provides fairly thorough full body massage therapy. The technology is innovative and reliable. Sanyo has one of the weaker warranties providing less protection for the customer. The Sanyo HEC-DR7700K integrates some interesting features to locate trouble areas and provides good relief to the shoulders and neck. The Sanyo has most of the elements of a great massage chair, but seems to be lacking from its roots. The sensory experience missing seems to be music and with Sanyo’s background in stereos just seems odd. This is a luxury class massage chair and has solid technology, but just seems a bit incomplete. The Sanyo HEC-DR7700K is just average for the luxury class of shiatsu massage chairs.

Massage Chairs Are Popping Up Chiropractic Offices

The human spine is a marvelous bio-mechanical design which enables us to stand upright. As part of the price of standing upright, we may on occasion over stress certain areas. Chiropractors are trained specialists in the spine. They understand the interaction of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system. They do not prescribe medications. They use natural methods to restore long term health to the spine. As part of the battery of treatments, massage chairs are being utilized to provide a number of treatment options.

Chiropractors are in high demand as they specialize in areas like pediatrics, sports injuries, neurology and orthopedics. The origin of chiropractic medicine dates back to the times of ancient Egypt. The origin of the word chiropractic comes from the Greeks. It uses the Greek words cheir and praxis which combined mean a treatment done by hand. Hands-on therapy is central to chiropractic care.

People often seek chiropractic care primarily for pain conditions such as back pain, neck pain and headaches. Chiropractors practice holistic, natural medicine. Chiropractors do not prescribe drugs for pain relief. This must be done by a medical doctor or M.D. Chiropractors must earn a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from a college accredited by the Council on chiropractic education.

Even though chiropractic medicine has been around since Egyptian times, it has not been covered by major health insurance plans. Big Medicine is covering more chiropractic treatments as now many state workers compensation systems are covering chiropractic treatment. This has forced Big Medicine to ante up and now many HMO’s and private plans have included chiropractic coverage.

Chiropractors are trained to understand a patient’s symptoms. They then test theories and validate them to find the root causes. They may take x-rays, perform certain tests or touch and feel what is going on. The spine is a complex arrangement of bones, muscles, tendons, nerves, ligaments, etc. that must be looked at in unison.

Chiropractic doctors are most famous for making adjustments to the spine. Most people are familiar with the popping or cracking sound as the doctor adjusts the spine. Adjustments are one in a series of potential treatments to help to align the spine and entice it back to restored health.

Massage therapy is being more commonly employed at chiropractor offices. Massage chairs have found a niche in providing a number of possible therapies in a convenient form. Massage chairs are programmed to deliver a targeted massage for a specific duration based on the patients needs.

Our spine is very unique in that it enables us to stand upright. When the spine is healthy, then this process is uninhibited. However, slight problems can shift the body weight around. These small shifts can cause an enormous amount of weight and stress to be concentrated in certain areas. This can happen by poor posture or lifting with your back, instead of your knees.

When the spine is out of balance, the chiropractor wants to redistribute the weight that is put on the spine. If you have a sore muscle, your other muscles will compensate for it and pick up the slack. The doctor needs to get the weight back to how it was distributed before when the spine was healthy.

Massage chairs are being used extensively to deliver a variety of massage therapies in chiropractor offices around the nation. Massage chairs also provide the application of heat, traction for the legs and arms, air compression massage, music therapy, and vibration. The spine has many soft tissues like muscle, tendons and ligaments that need to maintain their flexibility. They become stiff and hurt. Massage chair therapy helps to reduce stiffness, while helping to restore flexibility and pliability.

Cellulite and Salt Intake

A good way to reduce the appearance of cellulite is through proper diet. Limiting your salt intake can play a role in reducing the appearance of cellulite. By reducing fat and salt in your diet and increasing the amount of water you drink, you may find a way to reduce cellulite.

When the connective tissue beneath the skin starts to lose its elasticity, cellulite can start to appear. As the skin’s elasticity declines, the bumps from cellulite can start to show. For permanent reduction of cellulite symptoms, there needs to be a lifestyle change. While the causes of cellulite are affected by a genetic predisposition, they can also be affected a great deal by lifestyle. Thats where changes in dietary habits come in to play.

Most people know that salt causes fluid retention. However you may not have realized that fluid retention can increase the appearance of cellulite. When your salt intake is high, the areas of cellulite will swell and be more noticeable because of the retention of fluid. Some foods that have high sodium/salt content are easy to identify. These include processed and packaged foods such as potato chips, pickles, soy sauce, and processed meats such as cold cuts.

It’s usually a good idea to check the Nutritional Information box on any food product you buy. This way you can check the amount of sodium in the food you are eating. Salt will be listed as sodium and will be measured by portion size. By becoming more aware of the salt contained in the foods you eat, you can gradually start to improve the appearance of your skin.

A reduction of cellulite in the body can be obtained over time with a low sodium, low fat diet, exercise and a healthy lifestyle. So make sure you are not adding additional salt to the foods you consume. When cooking, reduce the amount of salt that a recipe calls for. If the recipe calls for a teaspoon of salt, reduce that to one half teaspoon. Most of the time you won’t notice the difference!

If you’re having trouble reducing the amount of salt in your diet, it might be a good idea to invest in a book that lists the sodium content of most common foods. By making an effort to learn more about the foods you eat, you can stick with healthier choices. You will eventually get used to food being less salty. Most foods found in nature are low in sodium to begin with. Fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables have very little sodium. But those two slices of sausage pizza you had at lunch used up about 88% of your recommended daily allowance of salt.

The recommended daily allowance for sodium is around 2,400 milligrams. While this sounds like a lot, it can be easy to exceed this limit within one meal. If you are serious about reducing the appearance of cellulite on your skin, then a change in diet can be a great start. There is no need to starve yourself. Just make a few adjustments to your diet. Lower salt intake and increase consumption of water. Dont forget to reduce fat intake as well.

Beautiful skin starts on the inside. And the changes you make will not only reduce the appearance of cellulite, but will improve your overall health in many ways!

Hemorrhoids Treatments & What I Recommend

If you’ve tried many types of hemorrhoid solutions then you probably understand the differences of how each is used. In this article, I’ll go over what each of them do for the body, how they intend to treat hemorrhoids or piles, and the controversial, raw truth on most of them.

The first popular type is creams and ointments where a topical treatment is rubbed on your outer rectal area and aims to soothe blood vessels. This creates a relaxation of the tissue so that it does not bulge out so much. Once the tissue does not bulge, the hemorrhoid will be less likely to flare up. This is great for some relief in the temporal matter but unfortunately you are practically guaranteed to flare up again.

The 2nd type that is very popular as well in the form of suppositories which is inserted inside the rectum for the purposes of delivering moisture to the hemorrhoid and creating a lubricating effect once the next rectal pressure comes. The aim is to ensure the hemorrhoid heals without rupturing again. For some it works well, for others not so but it’s worth seeing.

The 3rd type is pills where one can consume that regulate some blood pressure in the system. This can have its side effects but overall it’s used to tighten vein tissue so that the hemorrhoid is less susceptible to problems. It’s a very top down approach that has its benefits but can also induce real side effects and big pharmacies like to push this.

These three types are the most common and once these are exhausted, you still have options such as cryotherapy or surgery. It all depends on the individual case and what you can tolerate. In my personal experience, it’s best to first try the safer options before going to the extreme measures. Even if the pain is unbearable, you can still use relief from these methods. It’s just not pleasant long-term either.

Now, not all hope is lost. I do have one solution that has surprised me pleasantly. I’d like to review a totally safe, natural remedy that works within a few days. It’s called the H Miracle system and you can find it at: http://hemorrhoidmiracle.com

It’s already been proven by hundreds, if not thousands of success stories in the underground fashion of alternative medicine. The system includes ingredient resources, charts, audio lessons and basically everything you need to cure your hemorrhoids one and for all. I really recommend it and just see the testimonials from users who have triumphed even severe hemorrhoids for good.

3 Rules For Finishing The Master Cleanse

If you are not prepared for what you’ll experience when you do the Master Cleanse there’s a good chance you’ll fail. Typically lasting just 10 days, it’s easy to see why people just “jump right in” to the Master Cleanse thinking it will be easy. It’s not.

During your time on the Master Cleanse you are likely to experience hunger, aches, and irritability. Most people give up because of hunger. Putting solid food aside for a couple days and only drinking liquids is harder then most people think. Even though the cravings for whole foods can be difficult they do subside after a few days on the Master Cleanse.

So rule number 1 for finishing the Master Cleanse is getting past the third day. Instead of focusing on completing the entire 10 days from the onset of the cleanse just focus on getting past day 3. Breaking the Master Cleanse down into smaller milestones will be a big help.

Rule number 2 for finishing the Master Cleanse is dealing with aches and soreness. Headaches are one of the most common Master Cleanse side effects, but some people also get body aches.

To reduce aches you should drink a lot of water. It’s also good to relax and not push your self too hard when you do the Master Cleanse. Exercising should be kept to light walking and stretching. Your body will be going through a rigorous cleansing process during the Master Cleanse, and won’t be able to adequately recover from intense exercise during this time.

Rule number 3 for finishing the Master Cleanse is overcoming irritability. This affects the people around you more then it does yourself, but it’s something you need to be aware of before starting the Master Cleanse.

It’s best to let the people around you know that you’re going to be doing the Master Cleanse ahead of time so they can do their best to accommodate you. Also try to plan your Master Cleanse when you’re not too busy. Most of us can’t just take 10 days off to do the Master Cleanse, but you should try to avoid doing it when you’re swamped at work, or have other stressful events going on in your life.

There’s more to succeeding at the Master Cleanse then I can cover in this small article. If you are serious about trying the Master Cleanse and want to be one of the people who do make it through the whole 10 days the Master Cleanse Secrets book at www.matercleansesecrets.com is the most complete guide available for helping you get through the Master Cleanse.
